Rockerbye is known for its amazing quality cotton lycra. It’s a perfect weight and so soft. So, of course, that will be part of the reprint round but wait, there’s more! Amber (the amazing owner) is going above and beyond to bring us amazing minky, Squish (I’ll explain that more), and swim fabric!! My wallet is already crying but I’m so excited! Here are a few CL Rockerbye prints I’ve had a blast sewing with.

Now, what is squish? Well, it’s basically a hybrid between double brushed poly and minky. You get the softness of minky with the stretch of double brushed poly. It’s really squishy and just amazing. Perfect for cold weather clothing without the bulk. It’s also finished on both sides so you can simply hem or even leave it raw, unlike minky which you’d want to line as the back is not soft. This is Squish sewn up into an adorable outfit on my little guy! You could never do this with Minky. Bonus- It cleaned up perfectly because he really put it through the ringer!

He’s wearing the Patterns for Pirates Jolly Roger Raglan (the pattern goes up to size 14!) and the Halla Patterns Forever Fit Joggers which will fit him from 6/9m to 4-5years! It also has size ranges NB to 3/6 mo, 6/9 months to 3/4 yr, 4/5 yr to 7/8 yr, and 8/9 yr to 11/12 yr. How awesome is that?? *Please note- Emerson is wearing his pants backward. My lovely husband apparently wasn’t paying attention and we didn’t notice until part way through pictures. At that point, we’d gone too far into the toddler photo rabbit hole to turn back. But they still look darn cute on!!*

On to swim! Swim fabric is for so much more than swimsuits. It’s amazing for athletic wear and warm weather clothing in general. I love my leggings made from swim in the spring and summer. I don’t have any Rockerbye swim sewn up yet but am itching to get my hands on some!

As for minky- I did a great round-up of lots of fun ways to use minky here on the Rockerbye Blog to help get your inspiration juices flowing. I made a simple blanket backed with faux fur and it’s just to die for soft! I had fun photographing it as well and I’m in love with this ABC skull print!

So overall you have around 50 prints to choose from and 4 different bases. Mind-blowing. Here are a few of my favorite prints that are running that are definitely jumping into my cart.

So hurry on over to Rockerbye Destash and grab all your reprints while you can! The round closes on 3/4! Let me know in the comments what you are getting! I can’t wait to see what you all sew ❤

Oh, and not that you need more inspiration but just incase ❤ If you can’t tell…. I LOVE ROCKERBYE!
